Miso Mushroom Umami Ramen
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Porcini Mushrooms (cut into quarters)
- ½ cup Shimeji Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Shiro Miso
- 1 packet Jify Umami Ramen
- 500 ml Ramen

- In a large pot, add the oil and let it heat up. Add the Porcini and Shimeji Mushrooms to the pot.
- Over high heat, cook the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
- Reduce the heat, and add the garlic. Mix the garlic with the mushrooms until fragrant.
- Now, add the water into the pot followed by Jify Umami Seasoning.
- Add the noodles once the seasoning has been mixed well into the water.
- Cook the noodles for 7-8 minutes.
- Once the noodles are fully cooked, transfer to a ramen bowl and garnish with an egg yolk, fried garlic, and green onions.
