Miso Mushroom Umami Ramen

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Porcini Mushrooms (cut into quarters)
  • ½ cup Shimeji Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Shiro Miso
  • 1 packet Jify Umami Ramen
  • 500 ml Ramen

FOR GARNISH

    Fresh Coriander
    Green Onions
    Peanuts
    Lime

  1. In a large pot, add the oil and let it heat up. Add the Porcini and Shimeji Mushrooms to the pot.
  2. Over high heat, cook the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat, and add the garlic. Mix the garlic with the mushrooms until fragrant.
  4. Now, add the water into the pot followed by Jify Umami Seasoning.
  5. Add the noodles once the seasoning has been mixed well into the water.
  6. Cook the noodles for 7-8 minutes.
  7. Once the noodles are fully cooked, transfer to a ramen bowl and garnish with an egg yolk, fried garlic, and green onions.
