Creamy Chilli Ramen Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha/Hot Sauce
  • 1 Jify Chilli Ramen

FOR GARNISH

    Soft Boiled Egg
    Green Onions (sliced)

  1. Open the the Jify Chilli Packet and remove the noodles. Cook the noodles in 500 ml water for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Once the noodles are cooked, remove them from the water and set aside. Reserve the water in which the noodles have been cooked.
  3. In a Ramen bowl, add the mayonnaise, egg yolk, sriracha, and the Jify Chilli Seasoning.
  4. Mix all of these ingredients until smooth and creamy. Now, add the hot water from the cooking of the noodles. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the broth and garnish with the soft-boiled egg and noodles. Drizzle the Jify Chilli Oil over the creamy ramen.
  6. Creamy Chilli Ramen is ready to slurp!
