Creamy Chilli Ramen Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tbsp Sriracha/Hot Sauce
- 1 Jify Chilli Ramen
FOR GARNISH

Soft Boiled Egg
- Open the the Jify Chilli Packet and remove the noodles. Cook the noodles in 500 ml water for 7-8 minutes.
- Once the noodles are cooked, remove them from the water and set aside. Reserve the water in which the noodles have been cooked.
- In a Ramen bowl, add the mayonnaise, egg yolk, sriracha, and the Jify Chilli Seasoning.
- Mix all of these ingredients until smooth and creamy. Now, add the hot water from the cooking of the noodles. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the broth and garnish with the soft-boiled egg and noodles. Drizzle the Jify Chilli Oil over the creamy ramen.
- Creamy Chilli Ramen is ready to slurp!
