Khow Suey Curry Ramen
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Jify Curry Ramen
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion (peeled and chopped)
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
- 1-inch Ginger (chopped)
- 10-12 Coriander Stems
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Carrot (diced)
- ½ cup Green Beans (chopped)
- 2 Baby Corn (sliced)
FOR GARNISH

Fried Garlic
- Add the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander stems, coriander seeds, and turmeric to a blender.
- Blend into a smooth paste and set aside. Our Khow Suey paste is ready.
- In a pot, add the coconut oil and heat. Add the the paste into the hot oil.
- While continuously stirring, cook the paste until the raw flavor from the paste has gone away.
- Once the paste is fully cooked and slightly browned, add the Jify Curry Seasoning.
- Now, add the water to the paste and mix well to incorporate
- Now, add the carrots, green beans, and baby corn to the curry.
- Simmer the curry until all flavors have been incorporated and adjust the seasoning.
- In a separate pot, cook the noodles for 7-8 minutes.
- Place the cooked noodles into a ramen bowl and pour the Khow Suey curry over them.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, green onions, peanuts, and a lime wedge.
